Brakes and suspension

My 300 has a lot of work and parts that need to be changed and I'm starting with the brakes and suspension. Both are in horrible position, so I'll be doing a complete replacement. With that said, should I stick with oem or go aftermarket? Surprisingly the tires are in decent shape, which is probably the only thing that's good on this atv

Go for aftermarket! Nothing wrong with it plus you're gonna have plenty more options. I wouldn't wanna go aftermarket for brakes tho. Stick with the OEM for a plug and play thing.

Aftermarket parts are definitely cheaper and sometimes work better than stock but the OEM parts can guarantee to fit perfectly and will perform just like your ATV did when it was new.
either way is good, i guess. have fun at the rebuild!

I'd lean aftermarket like EBC for brakes and Fox or King shocks for suspension but honestly still, if you dont want to spend too much, OEM can still good fit and quality and yeah what kind of riding are you planning?

True, going with OEM parts means you know they'll fit right. But, your wallet might feel it. Aftermarket parts? You get way more choices and wiggle room.
